CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL:
After the order leaves our premises, DHL guarantees a delivery time of 2 working days.
NOTICE: Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, connection losses, bad weather, etc.).
Pricing
All prices include VAT (when applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information in the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice (except for changes that affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent).
If there is an error in the price of the goods ordered by the User, the User will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to keep the order at the correct price or proceed to its cancellation. If the user chooses to cancel and has already paid for the goods (but has not yet been dispatched) it will be refunded in full.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the quantity and monetary value of the order:
Free Shipping: orders over €15.
Shipping costs of €5: orders under €15.
Shipping costs are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
